To log in to Istanbul Topkapı University Distance Education System (e-learning, ALMS);

     1. You can log in to the system with your username and password by accessing topkapi.almscloud.com

         User Name: OIS User Name (Student Number)

         Password: OIS Şifresi (Your OIS password is your Turkish ID number if you have not changed it)

         Note: If you do not remember your OIS password or your OIS password is blocked, you should contact the Student Affairs Unit.
         The Student Affairs Unit is authorized for all transactions regarding OIS.

      2. You can log in to the system with your username and password by accessing alms.topkapi.edu.tr
 

          User Name: OIS User Name (Student Number)

          Password: OIS Şifresi (Your OIS password is your Turkish ID number if you have not changed it)

 

      3. After logging in to any of the addresses topkapi.almscloud.com or alms.topkapi.edu.tr, you can log in to the system with your e-government user information.
