Dear Students; To access the 2022 - 2023 Fall Semester final exam calendar, you need to follow the Aplan (Plan365) application.
Follow the steps below for Aplan application login steps.

STEP 1
Enter ttps://topkapi.aplancloud.com/.
Username and Password OİS Username and password are written.



STEP 2
On the screen after login 2022 Fall Exam Term / 2022-2023 Fall Final Exam Schedule (ID:29) must be selected.



STEP 3
The Solution Page can be accessed by clicking the Solution Button from the Top Menu.
In order to control the program according to Faculty, Program, Class, operations 1,2,3,4 must be performed.
If the control will be made only according to the Lecturer or the Course, the Instructor or the Course can be selected from the queries and the Search button can be pressed.



STEP 4
The screen that comes after the Search Button is displayed in the Agenda view on a day and hour basis.
You can switch to the desired view by clicking on the Month, Week, Day, Agenda tab from the calendar.
Exams should be checked in Monthly and Agenda View as exams are two weeks.



STEP 5
A weekly program can be accessed by clicking on any exam, and the details of that exam can be accessed.



STEP 6
With the Download Exam Schedule on the Solution Page, you can download the Exam Schedule in PDF format, the Instructor Exam List Download button and the student class attendance lists on the basis of exams.
