Sık Sorulan Sorular

1 – Uzaktan Eğitim de yapılacak olan Sanal Sınıf Canlı Derslerin haftalık ders programına nereden ulaşabilirim?

Üniversitemiz Bahar Dönemi Ders Programına https://topkapi.aplancloud.com/ adresinden Ders Programı butonuna tıklayarak herhangi bir kullanıcı girişi yapmadan açılan sayfada ilgili programın ders programını aratarak ulaşabilirsiniz. Uzaktan Eğitim Sisteminde sanal sınıf canlı ders aktiviteleriniz burada yer alan haftalık ders programına göre öğretim üyeleri tarafından tanımlanacaktır.

Ders programında kampüslerde sınıflarda görülen tüm dersleriniz online olarak Uzaktan Eğitim Sistemi Üzerinden gerçekleştirilecektir. Ders programında saat başları gösterilen dersleriniz uzaktan eğitim sisteminde saatleri çeyrek geçe başlayacaktır.

Örneğin ders programında saat 10.00 da başladığı gösterilen bir dersiniz uzaktan eğitim sisteminde saat 10.15 de başlayacaktır.

2- Uzaktan Eğitim Sisteminde daha önce yüz yüze olan derslerin süresi nasıl olacaktır?

Uzaktan eğitim sisteminde yüz yüze yapılan derslerin kredi değerinin yarısı alınmaktadır. Uzaktan eğitim sisteminde bir ders kredisi 50 dakikaya denk gelmektedir. Öğretim üyesi isterse bu süreden daha fazlasını yapabilir. Örneğin yüz yüze eğitimde 3 kredi olan bir dersiniz var bu dersiniz uzaktan eğitimdeki kurala göre 3/2 = 1,5 krediye değerine gelecektir. Buda 1,5 kredi x 50 dakika = 75 dakikaya eşit olacaktır. 3 kredi olan bir ders için öğretim üyesi en az 75 dakika ders yapacaktır.

3 - Uzaktan Eğitim Sistemini yeni kullanacağım eğitimlere ve kullanım kılavuzlarına nereden ulaşabilirim?

The 2022/2023 Spring Term Distance Education Curriculum will start online on Monday, February 27, 2023 via the Distance Education System. Frequently Asked Questions about the Spring Semester have been prepared.

Frequently asked Questions

1 – Where can I find the weekly course schedule of Virtual Class Live Lessons to be held in Distance Education?

You can access the Spring Semester weekly course schedule of university by clicking the “Ders Programı” button at https://topkapi.aplancloud.com/ and searching for the curriculum of the relevant program on the page that opens without any user login. In the Distance Education System, your virtual class live lesson activities will be defined by the faculty members according to the weekly lesson schedule here.

All your courses in the classrooms on the campuses in the curriculum will be carried out online through the Distance Education System. Your courses, which are shown hourly in the curriculum, will start at a quarter past the hour in the distance education system.

For example, a lesson that is shown to start at 10:00 in the curriculum will start at 10:15 in the distance education system.

2- What will be the duration of the previously face-to-face courses in the Distance Education System?

Half of the credit value of face-to-face courses is taken in the distance education system. In the distance education system, one course credit is equivalent to 50 minutes. The instructor can do more than this time if he/she wishes. For example, if you have a course with 3 credits in face-to-face education, this course will be worth 3/2 = 1.5 credits according to the rule in distance education. This would equal 1.5 credits x 50 minutes = 75 minutes. For a course with 3 credits, the instructor will lecture for at least 75 minutes.

3 - Where can I access the trainings and user manuals that I will use the Distance Education System for?
